Our agile transformation HEY! is collecting awards at home and abroad!
Our agility journey has been completed to a large extent with HEY!, which we adopted by going through a total transformation in our business units.
In a nutshell, our purpose in embarking on this journey, which dates back to 2016, was for everyone in the team to become empowered and more competent in a rapidly changing world and to accomplish efficient works that keep up with this speed. This transformation, which changed the way of doing business and led to visible achievements in many areas from customer and employee satisfaction scores to market and competition metrics, has repeatedly proved how successful it has been with the awards it has received both domestically and internationally.
