As Allianz Turkey, we have adopted the agile model, where life goes on fast, work is done efficiently, and everyone in the team is empowered from A to Z, and we have become the first and only company in Turkey to transform all business lines.

The change we have built over the years and our human-oriented corporate culture have given us courage for this transformation. As Allianz Turkey, we have become the only global insurance company in Turkey and the first in the world to implement such an organizational change by saying HEY!
We moved from the traditional function-based organizational model to the tribe structure, which consists of squads and chapters working with agile method. We supported the development of our colleagues with intensive training for transformation.
