About Agility with ChatGPT

Cihan Demir // Allianz Türkiye – Agile Team Member

After the artificial intelligence bots Midjourney and Dall-E, which have made their mark on 2022, the 3.5 version of the ChatGPT robot trained by OPENAI on the Microsoft Azure platform was released recently.

ChatGPT reached 1 million users in less than a week due to the fact that it can be used for free with a web browser.

ChatGPT, which not only answers questions, but can also chat, has features that can be described as almost magic today. Although there are many areas in which it can develop, it is already among the predictions that it will replace Google.

If you haven't heard or tried it, you may be missing a lot because it's completely free to experience this robot which is open to everyone, and to witness this madness.

This robot, which has features such as solving mathematical equations (it can also solve paragraph questions in a university exam), writing code (commenting on how you can fix a code that doesn't work when you give it), writing articles (it can even write a petition for a visa application), classification, translation, advice, makes us think very seriously about where we are going in the future.

One of the capabilities of ChatGPT is to be able to progress and chat in the form of questions and answers, as in the 2013 film Her, starring Joaquin Phoenix, who you may also remember from his excellent performance in Joker. While I had this opportunity, I wanted to have a little chat about agile working. Although at a more primitive level, I asked four different questions on communication, problem solving, change, adaptation, resilience and fragile and he gave a total of 20 suggestions.

You can find these suggestions, which we are not strangers to, but which are useful to remember from time to time, in the chat below.

What do you think? What do you think ChatGPT will teach us about the agile working principle?
